Vaughan arrived on time and got straight to work. Fixed one problem that had worried me for ages - in just one minute! He worked through my list very systematically - some of the items were helping me understand aspects of my applications that I was struggling to work out how they worked. Got me sorted. Had a new modem from One.NZ and just as well I didn't try to install it - would have been no TV last night if I had! Aghh. Also got my i-pod and an old Mac to talk to each other and moved music over into several devices. Well done, Vaughan. Many thanks.
