When my computer suddenly began to go nuts for no apparent reason, I was extremely concerned as it is a work computer and I was part way through a long project. Jack of Geeks on Wheels was able to attend almost immediately and I was up and running again in a few hours. He was also able to answer a few of my questions and was clear in his explanations.
