I used Geeks for many years in the past.
This time I used the online referral system which got answered by a person who wanted to talk to me about a money plan (Geek +).
I explained I need speed of service and money did not matter in that instance. After 4 days of back/fwds, I left to have my laptop fixed by another company- same day service and was cheaper.
Im disappointed by the Geek service and will go elsewhere now. Denise
