Tim Wills, 4/10/23 gave me outstanding customer service. He noticed my
unfinished "help" message and immediately rang me to check that I was
OK. (This has never happened to me before on any Help Line.) I explained
my problem (no Gold Card discount on recent invoices) and he quickly
reassured me that my discounts are automatically activated from my
account details. He also immediately sent me the Geeks on Wheels Review
link after I'd explained that I had real trouble finding it.
