Alex was fantastic. Although she was giving me the (not unexpected) bad news that my 8 year-old laptop is slowly dying, she fixed the immediate problem of intermittent disconnection from the wifi by providing me with an adaptor. She is also coming back to transfer everything from my old laptop to my new one.
