Anthony D sorted out an issue we were having with our internet connection after changing service providers. He diagnosed the problem quickly, recommended an effective solution, installed a new router for us and made sure all of our devices were working. He was very good at explaining what he was doing as he went along, including what the options would cost, and he tidied up after himself too.
Anthony D was also very personable, polite, arrived on time, and even coped well be being hassled by our puppy!
