Thank you for the opportunity to write this review. Our Tech was Charm, who presented as a clean, well-dressed young man, who exuded confidence and a friendly smile and demeanor. He immediately got down to business and I could see he was a very competent operator who quickly assessed our issues and corrected some outstanding matters on our computer. He identified changes that needed to be addressed and was an excellent communicator as went through the various procedures, and explained the relevance of the issues as he went.
