I am writing as Francine Porteous for whom the work was done by Kieran. Kieran was perfect for the job which was to: -reset and simplify the set up of apps and -explain to a someone who has previously used a Samsung Galaxy phone the updated functions and additions and changes on new updated model of the phone. This was with the aim of making me confident using my new phone and to fully understand how it best meets my needs. Kieran was very approachable and patient and well versed in his use and understanding of the Android phone model I am using. I now feel very confident again with my decision to stick with a Samsung Galaxy phone and am enjoying the day with the removal of an unnecessary source of stress in my life. Thank you Geeks on Wheels.
