Thank you very much and I am very pleased to have had Chance sort out my computer accounts and the realisation that my old computer was coming to an end...like me. I bought a new one and he happily came, even though held up with work, and saw the job through so I am up and running. A great young tech with a good personality who listened to my worries and had a plan of action, which he carried out superbly.
