Thank you for helping us online for FREE!! We lost internet connection and thought we needed to replace our modem, after purchasing a new one from another company we could not get all devices logged back in. Geeks on Wheels have an online chat option and it turned out we only needed to do a factory re set on our TV in the end! We had spent the best part of 2 hours at home trying to work out what was going on. Highly recommend.
