I found Justin a very pleasant, kind and understanding person, giving the best of service required. He understood my circumstances due to my memory circumstances when needing to take in new information etc.His help in choosing of my new computer with the needs was beyond in what I expected. Taking my old computer away to me accessed then finding the problem being a virus, was actioned and a job well done is clearing it all up. Am grateful for the new security cover installed for me.
