I'm a registered user of the Geek Helpline, which is a godsend. "Jim" fixed not only a new problem re lost access to Word and Firefox....both happening unexpectedly and at absolutely the most inconvenient time....but also a long-standing printing issue that at least three others had tried in vain to fix. Helpline is easy to use and cost-efficient, particularly if you're lucky enough to have someone like Jim at the other end of the phone.
