Really impressed with the young technician who came. Very easy to talk to, was able to troubleshoot quickly what was up with my old computer and help with other issues I had with new computer and printing. Unsure about price comparisons but probably not much different, except I love, I didnt have to drag my computer into a shop & leave it there! The Best thing about this service is, you get undivided attention for your issues immediately.
