The immediate problem was fixed within five minutes. I had a few othe issues which were dealt with expertly and efficiently These included networking my systems and setting up a new computer using Ubuntu as I am trying to give up on Microsoft. I had a problem with double screens on a new computer. Part of my problem was using an old screen, which did not have displayport as one of a pair. This was effected very well. I have high praise for the service and am very happy.
