Kitt was very helpful and gave me respect and time to discuss my concerns. At my age of 80 this is really important. But I did have to ask when making this appointment for someone who could do that as I had previous less helpful Geek visits. I am glad that Kitt explained about the subscription I now have and that I can seek help without a visit if needs be.
I couldn’t work the rating above but I would give GonW a 4 - as it does depend on who comes.
