IThe service person was nice and friendly and quickly understood my isues. My one complaint was the last 15 minutes was spent trying to get me to upgrade to their preferred Malaware software. I feel this shouldn't have been on my time.
Other than that, HAPPY.
I am also happy to report that the company was quick to make ammends regarding my issue.
