Rob arrived exactly on time and clearly explained the costs before he got started. He sorted outthe computer glitch first, explaining as he went along, and then moved on to the printer and that is now just fine. he also sorted out the tangle of cords behind the desk and gave me a few very useful hints about Powerpoint - which I'll try to remember.
