Technology is supposed to be getting smarter, more user friendly but setting up a new 3rd party router proved yet again it's far from it.
Being able to get someone like Geeks on wheels around to sort things out was a load off my mind and an eye opener to see how quick and simple it could/should have been.
It was expensive though at $190 for about an hour, but the internet addiction is costly !!!
