Sashika provided the service I was looking for in a timely manner. He advised me to upgrade my computer protection, even though I had some protection installed. I have been provided with Malwarebytes and Geeksafe. I understood that Geeksafe was a part of the Malwarebytes package, and not an extra charge. I have now looked at the service offered, and do not think that it is useful to me. I will apply for a refund. Sashika was polite and knowledgable, and found a solution to my problem inspite of reading difficulties when operating directly to my computer. I have the files I need at the moment, and would be happy to arrange for further assistance should the need arise.
