Thanks to Sam my computer is working as it should and I have the Malwarebytes anti-virus sorted.
I do still get the notice popping up that my device not recognised.
All in all Sam did a good job.
Sam was very helpful but I am confused because he said I wasn't covered by Malwarebytes BUT after he had left I did find a debit on my Bank Account for 2Co.Com*Malwarebytes.C.Amsterdam NL
on 5 August for $59.99. Geeks on Wheels charged $85.00. Please investigate for me.
