Jacob is fantastic. He is kind and knowledgeable. The only problem I have with Geeks on Wheels is that the online service I have subscribed to 9/10 require me to book Jacob to sort the problem out. I therefore cancel and use my old IT assistant, as he is much cheaper than always having to book someone in to come around from Geeks on Wheels.
