Found Rob very helpful, communicated well (no geekspeak). Main problem sorted very quickly,offered help with other devices - has actually saved me money on protection I don't need. I asked him plenty of questions, all answered willingly and clearly. In short, very much worth the cost and would not hesitate to use him again.
