After requesting an account I found that I had been charged a callout fee of 35 dollars.as there was no callout involved with the job I have not payed the callout fee. I rang the office about this around the 8th of November and was told that the technician would call me about it . I have had no call to date.
The job was completed and am happy with the help that was given.
