Normally I have the wonderful Justin, but for the first time Carlos serviced my problems...he was equally as good. Very friendly, competent,and easily understood to learn from.A pleasure to have him call. In a few months I turn 90 years of age therefore it is people like Carlos and Justin I very much rely on to solve my problems and show me how to understand the Computer and its oppurtunities...Thanks Guys.
