I rang Geeks on Wheels because I had a number of issues with my hardware after plugging in a new wireless router. A big thanks to Jacob for his technical expertise in sorting out my IT woes. He was very patient and provided explanations in easy to understand terms. Now all my devices are all talking with each other.
