It was great to have "a geek" attend my home and sort out all my tech issues. SamR sat with me and ensured I understood the changes coming with Windows 11, installed printer and malware software on all my devices and checked that my home network was working correctly. He explained in layman language what needed to be done and why. He gave helpful advice and made sure my needs were met. Wonderful - thanks!
