Geeks are generally excellent. However the last technician who visited us did "too good a job" by making thei computer like " new". A lot of things which were there have disappeard. e.g. my wife and I had separate emails, but now there is only one. She used Facebook a lot, e.g. she had a Stud Page - this is no longer there.
Can these missing things be found and reinstated?
Please get back to me about this.[URGENT].
