I was very happy with the visit this morning from LeeR who was able to pinpoint the problem with my laptop and fix it as well as having a good look at all the systems. Lee was also able to answer the few queries I had. I appreciated him being able to take away my 2 old laptops too for recycling etc. A very pleasant young man who is a credit to your company.
