I changed my Internet provider and the router I had wasn't working as some setting needed to be changed. I am very disappointed that the provider could not inform me that a settings change was all that was required for a 3rd party router (a very good quality router).
However, the Geeks on Wheels rep was very very good, informative and gave other advice and recommendations.
