Paikea visited today to check the virus warning on my Laptop, check my desktop was virus free and to check why my Netflix wasn't going. He accomplished all 3 jobs in a very short time frame in an extremely professional and competent manner. Within a few minutes of starting work on my laptop, he was able to assure me that I did NOT need to worry because it wasn't a virus. (I had been very concerned that my bank accounts may have been hacked as I do my online banking on my laptop). Paikea is very approachable, has a friendly manner and is delightful to deal with. I hope he continues to work for Geeks on Wheels as I think he will be a huge asset to the company. I wish him well for his future with the company! Colette O'Neill
