I have always received excellent service from your staff. This time my laptop crashed but you were still able to retrieve all documents from my hard drive and email, thank goodness. Set up of my replacement laptop was great. Brandon is a very friiendly chap who explained everything in detail, and even took away my ancient laptop for recycling.
