Unlike the telephone Geek that failed to sort the issue after close to 40 mins plus on the phone a few days ago, then gave up, JackM arrived when expected, sorted the issue within minutes, was happy to give advice and did a health check and a couple of other tasks with little or no effort. Good visit. The below relates ONLY to the visit by JackM, NOT to the previous telephone 'helper'.
