Booking process and follow up comms great . Didn’t appreciate a tech turning up constantly sniffing….. and then as he had to re set a router asked to use my laptop! Surely a mechanic doesn’t turn up without his tools.
Needless to say I won’t be returning to pay someone to use my equipment .
