Waited a week for my appointment only to be called on the day to say technician sick and they couldn’t get me another appointment until the following week.
I had rearranged my entire day to ensure I was home
For the 8-12 morning a slot (as they couldn’t give me an exact appointment time) but the person who called had no empathy for my situation, he was matter of fact and offered no other help. He was happy to just cancel my appointment altogether. So rude. Will never use again.
Called another company who pulled strings to get someone to me today.
