Rob Corbet assisted my wife and I with our labtops which were both in need of attention. He listened carefully to our woes and quickly set about ironing out the problems that had developed over time. He was very professional, efficient, polite and explained enough to help us understand the problems and what was needed to fix them. He was also very methodical and systematic and clearly very knowledgeable. He also gave us good practical advice on what we needed by way of security and also on data storage. He left us feeling reassured and offered to assist us with any future issues that we may have with our laptops. He noted that my wife's lapto0p would need to be replaced and that he was happy to assist with advicew on any replacement model.
