The Email account set up in Microsoft Outlook on my wife Heather’s new PC (as per below) has an incorrect account name - Heather Ray NOT Heather RAE and she is concerned that her Emails have the WRONG name. Heather’s new PC has a Microsoft 365 Office Software installed under my account name gcookrae@xtra.co.nz and I am unable to make any progress in getting access to her Outlook account to correct her account name. Can you please do something to help Heather otherwise she will become an VERY UNHAPPY customer
