I am pleased that Geeks on Wheels was willing to take the time and effort to help me out with changing the battery for the APC box underneath the computer desk. However I am not happy about the fact that after Jacob had turned everything off to do this job, he somehow ended up disconnecting the printer from the computer. He did make a number of attempts to fix the problem, but I don't think he wanted to really try to get the problem solved in a responsible manner. And then charging a lot of money. I am not happy about this. one. It would be most appreciated if you could get someone to come over to fix this problem please. Also better communication would be most helpful as well. Thank you.
