This has been my first experience contacting GEEKS for help. Matt came primarily to set up a new printer and also for help on how to use an iPhone back up devise that I bought on-line and to buy a back up disc that Matt was able to provide - and one that is so extraordinarily better than the one I lost somehow during my recent shift from Blenheim. Not only was Matt fully competent but he has a great personality and I would trust him at every level. It is also brilliant that he lives in Richmond so there is not the long travel from Nelson. Geeks is fortunate to have such a reliable and trustworthy staff member. I will recommend him whenever I can. I am just so grateful to him for all the help he gave me this morning.
