Chance was a delight. Arrived punctually. Sorted our technology in a calm, professional and respectful manner. He explained what he was doing and was very patient as we were installing and changing our systems.
Nothing was a bother to him - he incorporated our additions and changes (of mind sometimes) with aplomb!
Would ask for Chance by name next time we have to use the Geeks on Wheels (Let's hope thats not too soon:)
