We had a problem with one of our receipt printers and Heath from the local branch was assigned the job. Heath was very efficient and fixed the problem pretty quickly. As we had time left on our 1 hour appoitment we negotiated a price to install MalwareBytes on all of our relevant computers while he was there - we even received a reabte on our previously installed virus protection as a bonus. Heath was professional & thorough and I have asked for him to send me details of a business-wide contract for hardware/software support due to the impression he made.
