I was pleased with the flexibility shown by Armon, by pro-actively suggesting he come early, and I was very happy with his conduct - he was polite and respectful, and offered help when I needed it. I was happy with the way he got my computer working with the Deco unit upstairs, the patience he showed re-setting my passwords and the help with unpacking and setting up the new TV. I was disappointed he couldn't get the Bluetooth working from my computer (it is 'too old' apparently), that he couldn't get the Freeview tv working (it needs an aerial, apparently), and that he couldn't get my computer connected to the tv (I couldn't find an HDMI cable). So, not good outcomes overall, but not his fault I suppose. I did feel he over-explained things and spent a long time telling me why my wi-fi connection drops out, the intricacies of why he couldn't get the Bluetooth working, etc and that is reflected in the unexpectedly high bill. I think the outcomes I got could have been achieved in half the time and I wouldn't have felt quite so aggrieved at the cost. Anyway, in future I will keep a closer eye on the clock when using your services, and seek help for the simpler things (like setting up Netflix) from my friends and colleagues.
