A bit disappointed that twice my appointments had to be postponed due to illness of the reps. I accept that people get sick but feel that especially on the 2nd Occassion more could have been done as it only required my Laptop to be collected from me, and because of my work commitments had to be delayed a further week. And in finalising the invoice today was charged more than quoted as more time was required than initially quoted, yet I had been more “time value” inconvenienced than that.
