All praise to Louie he was friendly and efficient however
When I rang Geeks on Wheels I mentioned the fact that our PC had been scammed by someone claiming to be from spark.
I asked if I should bring my computer into town as we live in Raglan.
I queried how much your sevice would cost. I was told 1/12 hours approx.
In fact Louie needed to take the PC home to clean it etc.
The traveling here twice is an added cost.
Could you please quantify.
