Please ask Ryan for the password he typed into the computer. Now that my finger print has been entered it needs a password to complete the start-up. I assume it is what Ryan entered which I said was "rosedale thirty six with capital R and capital D" which should have been "RoseDale36". However, the Mac doesn't accept this but gives a hint "home". After I entered my fingerprint I was not asked for a Password so I assume it requires the one Ryan entered. A phone message or email response would help please.
