I did not get any of the issues I wanted fixed done?
I have paid for an hour of a techs time to be told it needs a more specialist person?
While I understand the process, it was made clear the job when I registered it and what needed to be done.
I’m left feeling like I paid 145$ to be told sorry you need someone else?
