Jaden is a very personable guy, very professional, customer focussed, attentive and a good listener. I had nine little issues I was unable to resolve by myself but unfortunately Jaden's time allowed for only two of these to be resolved. This was partly due to Jaden's admitted inexperience with printers, Getting my printer back online took up most of the hour. In his defence he asked my what my priorities were.
My other seven issues will remain unsolved because I can't afford another
hour.
