I only required help getting my security camera working, which after about an hour of redoing what I had already done - several times, took about 1 minute to see realise all that was required was to pop in the Wifi name on the app. I was charged for about an hour and a half after an attempt to sell a new router that I didnt really need, failed It was plugged in and unplugged and tested a few times which eventually didnt work without my original router anyway. An offer to set up my wireless printer was accepted by me but was unsuccessful (not his fault, I was missing a cord). My wifi name was changed as was my password, which is fine, but it was already working to begin with. I was charged over $225 to have things done that were already working fine to start with. Andy was just lovely and very helpful but I did feel that upon reflection, I was having things and then fixed back to how they were, when I didnt need them done to begin with. This was a very expensive exercise to just type in the name of my wifi into the app. This was quite a waste of money for me in the end. Again, Andy was just lovely to deal with, hence my rating of good.
