I really liked Derek and his communication was excellent. However when you changed my appointment to Today I told you I had no flexibility to extend out other end. Derek arrived at 10.20 and I had to leave at 10.50.
I find it unacceptable to be charged the whole hour and would like you to contact me with a solution to this
