Regarding work done on Invoice 323061:
Scott was very good. He came on two days. The second day my husband received Scott. After a few days I tried to print from my MacBook Pro to our Brother printer as usual via the wifi. It did not respond. It's really a huge discomfort to revert back to the short cable in order to get printing done. It would have been great if Scott could have included this in his visit. We find it too expensive to call in his service again and have tried to communicate with Brother's help desk, but still no success in setting it up via wifi since Scott moved the router.
