While Geeks on Wheels technicians provide a good service (technically-wise), you can't always get them when you want them - you have to book several days ahead - and unless you keep asking questions they don't always explain what they are doing with your computer - I am someone who wants to know everything that's being done and why. That is, I like things being explained to me by the technician and that doesn't always happen. This last time when I made the booking I was told that customers with Gold Cards received a small discount. No mention was made of this by the technician when the time came for payment and as far as I can see no such discount was applied. In either event, being told one thing and it not being put into practice does rather put a sour taste in ones mouth. So, there is room for some improvement in Geeks' service.
